Spread across 35 acres, Lahari Resorts was founded in 2006. It is a popular destination for day outings and weekend stays. It is well-equipped with entertainment and leisure activities for adults and kids alike. It offers an international standard cricket stadium with flood lights, go karting, swimming pool, and Wi-Fi enabled conference halls among other things.
Despite being popular, stiff competition reduced footfalls and revenue drastically. Distance played another role in the decrease in popularity of the resort.
We found out that existing customers and database were never contacted. We realized that the key to increased footfalls lies in tapping into customers who already knew about Lahari and would love to come back.
Thus, we decided to run an email campaign for the same. We segregated the data we had into different categories and wrote emails specific to the buckets we had.
The total revenue generated out of this campaign was Rs. 3,51,257.
